Tush Push Burger from Miller's Ale House

First off, why is it called this? It's a hamburger, there is no need to give it such a gross name. Anyway, it looked good on the website so I decided to try Miller's Ale House for the first time. I'll give Miller's credit, the burger looked like the picture which is usually not the case.
The burger itself was very good! I'm incredibly picky eater so this means a lot. The burger was cooked perfectly (I ordered it medium rare) and all the toppings fit the burger profile well. Mozzarella sticks were a little undercooked, but not enough of an issue to make the experience less enjoyable. Was it worth the price? Let's break it down.
The burger itself was $15.99, which arguably is pretty high cost for a hamburger but I think it was worth it.
I try to go low carb so I skipped the fries and went with a side Caesar salad which was an extra $1.99. Simply put, the salad was not worth it. I take umbrage with restaurants that have upcharges for changing the side so negative points there. Plus the salad sucked, so I lost out on money and quality there.
Then there were the extra charges that you don't take into account into checking on. $1.08 service fee for the pleasure of ordering pickup? Ridiculous. And course I tipped the staff so in the end this ended up being a pretty expensive burger. Would I order it again? Maybe if I was sitting down in the restaurant, but then I'd have to tell the server the name of this burger so, upon second thought, probably not.
