If you are on your way to Universal, you might notice that you have to pass by a district of shops and restaurants known as City Walk on your way to the parks. For years, I passed City Walk without a second thought for really no other reason than I didn't want to do anything more after a day at the theme park. After going to HHN and having a pretty bad time, HOS Tampa felt like a wonderful palate cleanser. Overall, there were far less crowds and the lines were much more manageable than HHN. Theme? There really isn't one to be seen. The front area has a sort of future tech vibe that I think goes with the new M.A.R.S house, but this theme wasn't consistent throughout the park.
