May Transformers Round Up
This month delivered a genuinely chaotic spread of everything from big retail Leader Class figures I actually managed to find in the wild, to Legends scale engineering that continue to blow my mind, to a couple of items that had me scratching my head. It was a lot. It was a lot a lot with some winners and a few losers. Let's get into it! Transformers Age of The Primes The Thirteen Liege Maximo Leader Class Okay so the Age of the Primes line has been doing something genuinely

EDC Edition featuring Leatherman ARC and Olight ArkPro Ultra
Leatherman Arc To be open from the jump, I will let you know that I am a fan of Leatherman as a company. Their warranty is amazing and reminds me of a time gone by where companies actually gave a crap about the products they put out. So I have high hopes for this multi-tool. I spent the past few weeks carrying the Leatherman ARC, which replaced my previous version that was my EDC for several years, and I kept catching myself flipping it open just to admire it. The black and s

Advanced Energy Powder Review with Recipe
Howdy peeps! Another day, another random review for you. I bought some these energy powders off of Amazon to recreate a Boba drink that is a mix of taro and cotton candy that I had recently (bonus recipe at the end!!). So what did I think of them? Let's see 😎 First off, these tubs are TINY. For thirty bucks a pop, I am a tad miffed that the product is a tiny little tub of powder that is about half full. If you are expecting Gamer Supps or GFuel sized tubs then you are going

Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold
Let me start off by saying that Samsung is on my list after trying to get this phone. It was a NIGHTMARE experience and I'm going to try not to be sour about it, but the for a mega corporation like Samsung one would hope that the launch of a flagship phone would have been handled more properly. So I tried to get the TriFold on the first release, but it sold out before I was even able to check out. Strike one Samsung. Second release I was not hopeful. It took a bit longer to s

April Transformers Round Up
April came in like a fright train and it is absolutely not going out quietly, because this month dumped a truly unhinged amount of Transformers content on my shelf and on my wallet. From chunky third-party heavy hitters to retail surprises I genuinely was not prepared to find at my local Walmart, this was a wild one. Let's get into it! 😍 Cang-Toys TA-HYL003 Longyan Hero Class Breakhorn (Slag) Cang-Toys continues their wild ride through the Dinobots with the Hero Class Breakh

Walmart Finds
I generally hate Walmart, especially since they kept the limited hours after the pandemic but there is something about wandering through a Walmart that always turns into a little treasure hunt. You go in for one thing and somehow leave with a mix of toys, drinks, and other stuff, which can be both a good and a bad thing. This round felt especially random in the best way, so here are my honest thoughts after bringing everything home. Transformers One Studio Series Deluxe Class

Aldi Finds Review
I usually sleep on Aldi, mostly because they close at 8pm and I can never get there before then 😅 I am also not a huge fan of the no bags/pay for a cart shtick, but that's more of an annoyance rather than something that keeps me away from Aldi. Recently though, Aldi has been coming up in my feed to show me some pretty cool stuff and I was able to make it to my local Aldi before 8pm to get some of the neat finds! But are they really worth the trip? Let's find out! Aldi Kirkto

March Transformers Round Up
Another month come and gone, you know what that means....TRANSFORMERS! Lets see what this month brought me 😍 4th Party MP-10 OP Shattered Glass Version This is one of those releases that lives entirely on vibe , and honestly? The vibe is strong. The Shattered Glass deco — all purples, dark tones, and that slightly unhinged heroic energy — looks fantastic on the MP-10 mold. Even as a 4th-party interpretation, it captures that “what if Optimus was the villain” aesthetic in a w

BioShock Second Wave Funko Pops Review
I love BioShock, it is my favorite game series! When these pops came up on my feed (which I cringe in saying that, but it is what it is living in the modern age) I preordered them to add to my collection of BioShock stuff. I got them from Amazon, which was a smooth experience and probably the most enjoyable part of this whole ordeal. I am glad that the mad dash to get pops before they sold out is done with, those were not fun times. Spoiler alert but the word for this collect

February Transformers Toy Round Up
February is probably my least favorite month, but having so many of my transformers orders shipping made it a little more interesting (and sad for my bank account 😭) I'm not going to bore you with a rambling intro, let's get down to the transformers! Blokees Jurassic World Wave 2 Model Kit (Set of 12) I didn't get the Wave 1 for whatever reason and now, looking at Wave 2, I'm sad I didn't. The sculpts are surprisingly crisp for the size, and the articulation is better than i

Gideon's Bakehouse Review
We are going to Orlando again to explore someplace new, Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney Springs! Are we going to find a new favorite or is it over hyped? So if you want to assure you can get their goodies you have to get there pretty early. My party got there at 9:30am, where the parking lot opens at 9am and Gideon's opens at 10am. Automatic plus for Disney Springs is that parking is free and plenty, also love those markers over spaces to indicate if a space is open, amazing use

January Transformers Toy Round Up
This January felt packed. Between comin’ and goin’ preorders, late holiday arrivals, and some truly intriguing third-party releases showing up in hands, every collector I talk to seems to be juggling multiple tracking numbers. I spent the month deep into threads, waiting for the packages, handling the toys themselves, so let’s get into it all the details of the transformers that I got this month! Blokees Transformers Defender Version Bruticus Combining Accessory Right out of

Fidget Toy Round Up
If you saw my review for the Conquering fidget ring (which you should totally check out, see it here: https://www.torisrar.com/post/conquering-fidget-rings ), you know I'm always interested in finding the best fidget stuff. My continued search has led me to the latest products, Specks Geode the magnetic fidget sphere and Basic Mind metal ball push-pop scroll and spin fidget toy. Is either of these the one true fidget toy I've been looking for? Let's see! Specks Geode My first

Xteink X4 E-Reader
I love reading and have always been an avid reader, but have had an emotional journey with the venues from which I read. In middle school, I was stuck with the only option available to me at the time which was physical books from the library. In high school, my boyfriend at the time got me a Nook from Barnes and Noble. In college, I bought myself an Onyx Boox Poke 3. Most recently, I have deferred to reading on my phone. Each option has it's pros and cons, but generally I pre

Gnoce Charm Bracelet
I have never been someone to care about expensive jewelry thus missed the charm bracelet trend altogether but, for some reason, I was all of a sudden inundated with ads on social media for Gnoce charm bracelets. The pictures showed tons of cute charms and advertised “Buy 2 Get 2 Free!” so I was intrigued (plus I'm a sucker for social media ads, what can I say?😅). So lets start off with first impressions, the name 'Gnoce' does not inspire confidence that this is not some knoc

VSX Elevate Diamanté Flex Contours Full-Zip Jacket
EDIT: It's come to my attention that the product page is back up. I'm going to leave my review below unchanged, but I am aware that the jacket is back in stock. This review is starting off on a sour note. A little behind the scenes info for clarity, when I go to make these reviews I usually will look up the product page to grab some details that the site might have so I can share them with you. Well when I went to do this with the Victoria's Secret VSX Elevate Diamanté Flex C

Frost Buddy 32oz Water Bottle
Along with my never ending quest to find the perfect fidget, I am also on a never ending quest to find my one true water bottle! I have found that my perfect water bottle must have a few qualifications: -must be stainless steel (plastic doesn't keep ice cold enough for any period of time) -must have a handle of some sort (it is my companion water bottle so I need to carry it with me) -must be PRETTY (I'm vain...) -I prefer something with a straw (it helps me drink more

Oats Overnight Review
First off, it seems as though Oats Overnight gives you a pretty good deal from the get go. I got 45% off the sticker price plus a free shaker bottle and a free R&D flavor. This makes sense that they want to hook you in with a good deal so you stay on their subscription plus it gives you an opportunity to try several flavors for less. I don't like the subscription model, but the company does make it pretty easy to cancel it. So I cooked these a bunch of different ways and devi

Ulta Beauty Services
For transparency, I have never been in an Ulta and am not a makeup person, which is a large reason I booked this appointment. I wanted to see how Ulta Beauty would prepare my makeup for a wedding I was in. I made the appointment for 11:15 a.m. on a Sunday, with the store opening at 11 a.m. This was the earliest appointment time I could get. I arrived early, but it seemed unnecessary due to the lack of both staff and customers in the store relatively early on a Sunday morning.

Universal Orlando's City Walk
If you are on your way to Universal, you might notice that you have to pass by a district of shops and restaurants known as City Walk on your way to the parks. For years, I passed City Walk without a second thought for really no other reason than I didn't want to do anything more after a day at the theme park. But in today's review we are focusing only on some experiences at City Walk to see if they are worth it without visiting the theme parks. Antojitos Authentic Mexican Fo
