Advanced Energy Powder Review with Recipe

Howdy peeps! Another day, another random review for you. I bought some these energy powders off of Amazon to recreate a Boba drink that is a mix of taro and cotton candy that I had recently (bonus recipe at the end!!). So what did I think of them? Let's see š

First off, these tubs are TINY. For thirty bucks a pop, I am a tad miffed that the product is a tiny little tub of powder that is about half full. If you are expecting Gamer Supps or GFuel sized tubs then you are going to be surprised. The flavors are very pronounced, so maybe the powder is just more concentrated than those other brands? Not sure, but this brand is the only one that had a taro flavor and I needed it to try to recreate the drink I had so they won in a space where they were the only competitor š
The energy aspect is really just an added bonus! And I love some caffeine so these little suckers fit the bill there even though that wasn't the primary reason I was getting them.
Flavor wise, they are DELICIOUS! The flavors are very yummy, especially the cotton candy which is an easy flavor to mess up. I know what youāre thinking, āTori didnāt you say the same thing about red velvet...and tirumsu..and key lime pie?ā Yes reader, you are correct. I am very particular about my tastes. Sorry not sorry. BUT cotton candy flavor, in my opinion, should be flavored blue and not sickly sweet. This energy powder hits both of those criteria so it made me really happy!
Would I recommend it? If you are looking for specific flavors of cotton candy and taro then 100% yes! If you are just trying to get some energy powder then maybe skip it for something more cost effective.
Toriās Birthday Cake Milkshake RecipeĀ
2.5 cups of fat free milk
.5 cup heavy whipping cream
.5 cup splenda
1 tbsp imitation vanilla (this is important as regular vanilla will be too overwhelming)
1 level scoop of both cotton candy and taro powder
Want a creamy slushi? Throw this mix into the Ninja Slushi machine on milkshake with the temperature all the way up (as in coldest possible). Yum yum š
